Joyful Aro Services Enterprise was established in 15th June, 2005 under Ghana Companies Code 1963 ( Act 179). The office of the company is located at Dunkirk near Nwanbiagya Rural Bank, Kumasi with the main aim to provide Agro-input advice and support to farms.

Since its inception, more services have been added to its operations which includes civil engeering works, distribution of Agro-inputs to wholesalers, retailers and farmers using the decentralized structures at the national, regional and district levels.
Before the company establishement, it was operating as subsidiary company under partner. During that period, the company built a solid and reliable relationship with fertlilizer importers and distributers.
